•Fill in Varieties to be ordered and selected rootstock

•Download and print Terms and Conditions Form

•Complete all information on Terms and Conditions form with date and signatures including

Directors signature

•Send order form and signed Terms and Conditions to

Conditions of Purchase

•The Grower must complete the order form and Terms and Conditions form and return them to Mossmont Nurseries Pty Ltd.

•Where royalties apply, a Non Propagation agreement MUST to be signed and returned

Mossmont prior delivery

•30% Deposit on Order for Stone Fruit

•Payment of Balance 30 days after delivery

•Overdue Accounts will be charged interest 2% per month
